Les Hollander

Chief Executive Officer, DAX US

A digital advertising veteran with over 30 years of expertise, Les joined DAX in March 2020 as Chief Growth Officer, and has held the role of CEO since June 2021.

He joined DAX in March 2020 from Spotify, where he was responsible for building the organization’s digital audio monetization business through direct, programmatic and automated channels, as Head of Global Audio Monetization. Prior to joining Spotify, Hollander was a VP of Ad Revenue at Pandora and held senior management positions at Gannett, CBS Radio, and Clear Channel Communications. Hollander also co-chaired the United States IAB Audio Committee from 2016-2020 and has sat on several industry boards throughout his career including the Mobile Marketing Association.

Les sat on several professional boards, most recently as co-chair of the United States IAB Audio Committee from 2016-2019 where he also chaired sub committees that wrote and published white papers on digital audio.

Brian Conlan

President, DAX US

Brian Conlan joined DAX in 2014 and currently serves as President for DAX US. He is responsible for managing the DAX US organization. Brian has gained a well-rounded knowledge of the digital audio landscape over the years which allows him to provide our clients with insights into any new product offerings/trends we are seeing in the market. As the former EVP of Operations for DAX, Brian has always taken a client first approach in managing the business to help build long lasting relationships with our advertising partners.

Ran Cui

Senior Vice President of Finance, DAX US

Ran joined DAX in March 2022 as VP of Finance.  Previously, Ran was the VP of Finance at Strategic Capital for 4 years, and served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Finance Division for 7 years.  Prior to that, she spent 3 years with Ernst & Young as a practicing Certified Public Accountant.  Ran holds an MBA from Columbia University and a master’s degree in Accountancy from George Washington University.

Mike Walter

SVP of Strategic Services, DAX US

Mike joined DAX in 2016 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Strategic Services. He is responsible for overseeing account planning, inventory and order management for our US business. Mike has over 25 years’ experience in the audio advertising space, holding various positions in account planning, ad operations and research at Triton Digital, Interep Radio Sales and The Katz Radio Group. With strong analytic skills, digital audio knowledge and management experience, Mike strives to help our clients and customers move their goals over the finish line.

John Fitzgerald

Executive Vice President of Sales, DAX US

John Fitzgerald joined the DAX US team in November of 2022 from Audacy, where he served as Vice President, Enterprise Sales. A seasoned media ad sales professional, he brings over 25 years of experience across digital audio, radio, TV, video, digital and events.

For more than 20 years he worked for broadcasting giant ESPN, driving results for big name clients such as Disney.
